Uzodinma made this statement during a solidarity visit to Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago, alongside other members of the Progressive Governors' Forum (PGF).
The visit followed several disasters in Niger State, including floods, boat mishaps, tanker accidents, and security challenges, resulting in significant loss of life and displacement of residents. Uzodinma emphasized the need for collaborative efforts between the government and stakeholders to mitigate such disasters, suggesting traditional rulers could play a role in addressing insecurity ¹ ².
