If A Man Dies, Is  That Goes To Heaven Or Hell? -Chris Oyakhilome Clarifies

 

The Nigerian Televangelist, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome who is the General Overseer of the Believers' Love World Incorporated has answered a critical question which says, if a man dies, is it the Spirit or the Soul that goes to Heaven or Hell? This was disclosed in a video on YouTube minutes ago.

According to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome from the video: "This is really a nice question but you must listen attentively. When you study the New Testament, you will see that it is the use of Language that many Christians are failing to interpret. Let me differentiate between the two terms, Soul and Spirit.

"Sometimes in the use of the term Soul, it is applied to the whole inward man which is the Spirit. The Soul is a tool of the human Spirit. So it is like the body without a brain. The reasoning faculty of a man is in the soul. And the human Spirit is the real person. That is why we say, man is a Spirit. He has a soul that lives in the body.

"So when a man dies, the spirit doesn't die but the spirit and the soul will unite to form the inward man. That is why the human person has a spiritual person. So after death, the physical body is gone. Now the answer to that question is both. From my explanation above, the Spirit and the Soul are always together. Anywhere one goes, the other will follow.

"This is why many Christians are not living the life they were ought to. When Jesus was speaking in the case of Lazarus, He told His disciples that Lazarus was sleeping and they couldn't understand. He had to come down to the level they will understand. Christians need to be more spiritual to understand the things of God. But I am glad today that we are making progress as compared to how we started in terms of revelation messages".
