Delta businessman Emmanuel Mouka has petitioned the Inspector General of Police to investigate his security guard, Jonathan Ombebe, over alleged suspicious activities. Mouka installed CCTV cameras at his Otite, Sapele, Delta State premises after experiencing multiple attacks at his previous residence, including food poisoning incidents.
The CCTV footage revealed Ombebe breaking into Mouka's kitchen between August 27-30, 2025, accessing foodstuffs and pots containing food. Mouka suspects a possible conspiracy, linking Ombebe's actions to previous attacks by unknown assailants.
Mouka's petition, written by Hon. Peter Mrakpor SAN, former Delta State Attorney General, requests the police to investigate potential syndicate involvement or correlations between Ombebe's actions and past attacks.
Mouka also references a 2022 incident where Happy Uboh gained access to his premises, claiming to be sick, and is calling for a review of the CCTV footage.
